At mantrajaap we take great pride in the quality and spiritual value of our Mantra Boxes. Since each product is carefully checked before dispatch, we offer a customer-friendly return policy.

1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not working upon arrival, we offer a free replacement.

• You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Please share an unboxing video and photos of the defect on our WhatsApp [+91 Your Number] or Email [Your Email].

2. Conditions for Return/Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement or return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging with all accessories (charging cable, manual, etc.) included.

• Items damaged due to misuse, water damage, or external falls after delivery will not be eligible.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 5-7 business days.

• For COD Orders: Refunds will be provided as store credit or via UPI after verification.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping for Returns

In case of a defective product, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you. For other cases, shipping costs may apply.
